Sensors losing connection.
Sensors may lose contact if the electrodes are worn or are not making sufficient contact with the skin. Check the electrodes for signs of wear, as shown in the images below. If the electrodes look similar to the examples shown, or if you notice cracks or chipping in the silver coating, they should be replaced as soon as possible to restore good signal quality. Electrodes can be removed by hand, as demonstrated in the video below or in the Alevia app. Spiky Flex electrodes may be more difficult to replace, so we recommend using the electrode insertion tool described in the PDF below. When installing new electrodes, ensure that each one is fully snapped into place.
