What if I forget to train?

If you forget to train one day, simply set yourself a reminder to train the following day. Try to complete at least five sessions each week during the initial 12-week treatment phase, as this helps you get the best results.
It can be useful to decide in advance which days you will train each week and add reminders to your calendar or phone. This makes it easier to keep a regular routine and stay on track with your treatment.
