Where am I supposed to look while doing the training?
Please look at the screen while you are training. You can choose the way of looking that helps you feel most relaxed. For example, you can watch the whole screen, like watching TV, with a soft, unfocused gaze.
Alternatively, you can pick one part of the game to focus on, such as the reward bar or a single point on the screen. Please do not look away from the screen or close your eyes, because then you will not get the visual feedback from the game, and the treatment will be less effective.
