Which game should I play?
Each person’s brain is different, so different games will suit different people. The Alevia games are designed to give you several options so you can choose the one you enjoy most. At the start, try a few different games and notice which one helps you feel the most relaxed and content, as this can make the neurofeedback training more effective. Your favourite game may change over time as your brain adapts, so feel free to switch when you wish, but this can only be done at the start of a session, not during the session.
